Olympic update on access to tap water

Our supporters tell us that tap water is available in the Olympic park. However the fact still remains that Coka Cola are allowed to make it compulsive that all bottles entering our Olympic Park are empty. In all conflicts I have ever seen involving Universities and schools wanting to ban bottled water for the sake of the environment Coka Cola mention freedom of choice. They go on to say that banning bottled water is not the answer and consumers should be allowed to decide. This raises the question why couldn't consumers choose what they took into the British Olympic Park or does freedom of choice only work one way.

The British PR company behind the bottled water industry "The National Hydration Council" quote this in all of their press releases. Yet when tapwater.org asked if it could join the council in an effort to hydrate consumers we have heard nothing, please make up your own minds as to why this may be...........
