Following on from our successful plastic free music festival at Limetree in 2011, Caloundra Music Festival in Australia are doing the same yipee. If only we could get Glastonbury to take up this simple challenge. Glasto used over 1,000,000 plastic bottles at this years 4 day event what a waste of valuable resources.

The Meadow Box in Edinburgh run by Wee Rachel now offers free tap water refills to thirsty visitors. The former police box also offer great triple certified organic fairtrade coffee and fantastic food.

Up The Buttress 2013

tapwater.org are sponsoring the impossible event Up The Buttress 2013. Starting from the Packhorse Bridge the cyclists have to try and climb the very steep cobbled road towards Heptonstall. People have tried and failed on all manner of machines with only the hardy few making it to the top. Come and join in the fun on the day.
