Pity we cannot engage our own sustainable restaurants. We rang all of the restaurants on the Sustainable Restaurants Association list (SRA) guess what non of them would move over exclusively to tap water. Well done to these Canadians who are following our lead in promoting the drinking of tap water. Remember this year you will spend another £350 on the same H20 that comes from your tap.
