They are now playing the good - bad guy card in an effort to get public support for plastic infused drinking water. The IBWA suggest that banning bottled water will move consumers to less healthy alternatives like fizzy drinks. Pity we cannot engage our own sustainable restaurants. We rang all of the restaurants on the Sustainable Restaurants Association list (SRA) guess what non of them would move over exclusively to tap water.
